At Sharp Savage Fitness, we specialize in elevating the athletic prowess of teenage athletes through our tailored Speed and Agility Program. Drawing from my personal journey of overcoming physical obstacles and my unwavering commitment to athletic advancement, I have crafted a program designed to unlock the full potential of each individual.
My mission is simple yet profound: to inspire and heal through movement, guiding athletes toward their aspirations while enhancing their athletic capabilities. Our program serves as a method of cross-training and will not take away from young athlete's main practices.
Who Am I?
My name is Justin Trammell, and I am a certified personal trainer, certified performance enhancement specialist, corrective exercise specialist, and the owner of Sharp Savage Fitness. After witnessing prevalent issues in the fitness industry, I established Sharp Savage Fitness. These issues include trainers prioritizing appearance over individual needs, resulting in unsustainable training methods, and others lacking personal experience despite theoretical knowledge. Sharp Savage Fitness stands out for its fusion of precision and determination, forged from my own journey of transforming from overweight to muscular, overcoming physical limitations, and mastering performance enhancement. My mission is to inspire and heal through movement, guiding clients towards their goals with tailored training and a profound understanding of body mechanics.
Who Is This Program For?
My Speed and Agility program is tailored to meet the needs of athletes in various sports including basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer, football, track and field, and lacrosse.
Areas of Focus
Our program is designed to address key elements essential for athletic success:
Plyometrics for Speed and Explosiveness: Learn techniques to increase speed and explosiveness through dynamic plyometric exercises tailored to each athlete's skill level.
Form Running Technique: Correct poor mechanics and enhance running efficiency with focused form running techniques.
Proper Technique for Strength and Power Enhancement: Master proper techniques for strength and power development to gain a competitive edge on the field or court.
Injury Prevention: Prioritize injury prevention through targeted exercises and drills aimed at strengthening muscles and improving flexibility.
Agility Drills: Enhance agility, coordination, and reaction time with specialized drills designed to mimic game situations.
Location and Cost
To ensure individualized attention, we limit our sessions to a maximum of 6 athletes per session.
Cost-Sessions are priced at $20 per athlete per session, with options for 1-2 sessions per week. We recommend 2 sessions per week for optimal results. The first month prepaid is required at $160 for two sessions per week.
Location-All sessions take place at Overland Park from 4:45pm-6pm.
